1. Eligibility and Acceptance

2. Nature of Service

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access, misuse, or security concern related to your account.

You agree not to use Whatsgro for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purpose. This includes, without limitation, sending spam, misleading promotional messages, prohibited content, malware, abusive communications, or messages that violate WhatsApp policies, data protection laws, or any applicable regulations.

5. User Content and Data

You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and permissions associated with all contacts, messages, templates, documents, media, and other data uploaded or processed by you through the platform. You represent that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis to use such data.

6. Trial, Demo, and Evaluation

Any free trial, demonstration, sample access, or evaluation period is provided so that you may assess whether the service is suitable for your business requirements before making payment. You are expected to review platform functionality, features, and suitability during the demo or trial stage.

7. No Refund Policy

All paid subscriptions, service fees, setup charges, add-on purchases, and other paid services offered through Whatsgro are strictly non-refundable. Once a paid plan or service is purchased, no refund, cancellation refund, or partial refund will be provided, regardless of usage level or change of business decision. Users are advised to evaluate the software through available demo or trial access before purchasing.

8. Pricing and Subscription

All pricing, plan features, limits, and billing cycles are subject to change at our discretion. Continued use of the service after a pricing or plan update constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing structure, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

Whatsgro may integrate with third-party services such as WhatsApp, Meta, payment gateways, email providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, and automation tools. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms, policies, and availability. We are not responsible for interruptions, rejections, restrictions, or policy actions imposed by third-party providers.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform at any time if we believe that your usage violates these terms, creates risk to the platform, harms other users, breaches applicable law, or violates third-party platform rules.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Whatsgro platform, branding, software, design, interface, documentation, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Whatsgro and/or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the platform in accordance with these terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or outcomes such as message delivery, lead conversion, or business growth.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whatsgro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, business, revenue, reputation, or data-related loss arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published on the platform or website. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
